Your onsite general manager and chef can assist you with the majority of dietary restrictions for food allergies, celiac disease, and other medical conditions. Please get in touch with them prior to the start of school and make sure there’s a plan in place for you. 

If you have additional questions about your special diet, or would feel more comfortable sharing your medical details with a health professional, we have a registered dietitian for you to speak with.

Brooke Baird

Brooke was born and raised in Kansas. She earned her bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Kansas State University and completed the requirements to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Brooke adds another dimension to our dining program by working with our campus community to encourage healthy lifestyles and to help individuals become more comfortable in their dining environment. She has a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and empowering people of all ages to reach their healthiest potential through food and nutrition. Brooke works closely with our Office of Student Accessibility Services teams to ensure the health and safety of our students with medical needs. She is trained in providing ongoing food allergy education to our dining team to help ensure safe and delicious foods for our customers with food allergies and Celiac disease.
